Terms, delivery and refunds

Who you are buying from

Uncharted Ground is published by Unending Grace Publisher and sold by the author, Pastor Olumide Isaac Aleshinloye, Hull, United Kingdom. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

E-books

After payment you receive a personal download link on screen and by email. The link works for a limited number of downloads and a limited time; if you need a fresh link, contact us quoting your order number. Each copy is watermarked with the purchaser's details and is for personal use only. It may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

Because the e-book is delivered immediately, the right to cancel a digital purchase ends once the download has started. If the file is faulty we will replace it or refund you.

Paperbacks and delivery

Paperbacks are posted from the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout: typically 2 to 5 working days within the UK and 5 to 15 working days elsewhere. We will email you when your order ships, with tracking where available.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind about a paperback, you may return it unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the book price; return postage is at your cost. If a book arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us within 30 days and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you select. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees if that currency differs from your card's.

Your data

We keep your name, email and delivery address to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Mailing-list emails are only sent if you sign up and you can unsubscribe at any time.
